Dominali are another spin on the Sex Mage idea, this one positing the Magic itself as being the result of alien energy beings, or sapient spirits, that fuse with women to grant them psychic energy powers that are of course reliant on sex for sustenance. The trick this time around is that Dominali are not necessarily cruel by nature, many are quite compassionate, but their powers induce unbelievable pain as well as pleasure, mixing it all up into a heady cocktail of whiplashing sensations that sends their partners reeling.
