Actually, taking two seconds to think about it, I'm not convinced a tiger can hit harder than a bullet. Likely, it's claws and fangs will do some bruising, but isn't going to kill them. And the women themselves don't have to be aroused to benefit from Lust Energy, so it's not like "OH SHIT A TIGER!" and suddenly they're de-powered.
I also doubt a tiger can take a punch that can casually snap bones like twigs. Or survive a woman just jamming her arm into its throat, gripping with her finger, and tearing open it's esophagus. Or just breaking it's jaw off. Or just jumping on it and choking it out. Or flying into the air while it's latched on and dropping it from several stories. Or, even if it has it's grip on her, what's actually stopping her from using a free arm to grab the gun still strapped to her and shooting it? Or the second woman doing any of these things while the tiger is busy with the one woman? Or...
Then a tiger comes out of the bush and mauls the two of them.
